This Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made directly through Great Britain Nutrition. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

## 30-Day Return Window
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the return conditions below.

## Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products must be in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements, protein powders, or consumables unless they are faulty.

## Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (including food and drink items).
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased from third-party retailers — please contact them directly.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

## Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@greatbritainnutrition.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping costs).

## How to Return an Item
1. Email info@greatbritainnutrition.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
2. Our team will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
3. Pack the items securely and include your order details inside the parcel.
4. Send the parcel to the address provided by our team.

*Please note:* Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

## Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

## Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item in acceptable condition.
- If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
